WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

If you did not yet receive your tracking number by e-mail, you can use our Order Lookup to check on the status of your order. If you have any questions, let us know!

MY ORDER HASN’T SHIPPED YET. WHERE IS IT?

General Shipping Orders placed for shipment within the United States are shipped using (USPS) Priority Mail or DHL. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Shipping rates can be compared and calculated on our website by clicking on the desired item(s) and using the shipping calculator.

Delivery Times Orders are processed and shipped out in 3 - 4 business days. Delivery takes approximately 10 - 15 business days within the Continental U.S., and 15 - 20 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. (Please note that these shipping times may be delayed by an additional 4-5 business days during large sales and holidays)

WHY HASN'T MY TRACKING UPDATED?

U.S. customers: If your tracking has not updated in 3 days, contact us right away. From time to time, a package will slip through the cracks with one of our carriers, and we will either find your package or ship you a new one right away.

International customer: It is common for tracking to stop updating for several days with international delivery. If you have been waiting longer than the time frame specified when you placed your order, contact us right away so we can investigate further.

MIS-SHIPS

I WAS SENT THE WRONG SHIRT. CAN YOU HELP?

We definitely can! Contact us with your order number, the item(s) you were missing and what you received instead, and we will take care of it right away.

I RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSE’S ORDER. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Send us a message with information on the order you received, and we will take care of the rest!

I ONLY GOT PART OF MY ORDER.

Send us a message with the part of your order that was missing and we will get it shipped out to you post haste.

I ORDERED AN ULTRA SLIM BUT YOU SENT A JUNIOR’S!

Our Ultra Slim tee is a junior’s cut. If that is not what you intended to order, just print our return/exchange form and mail it back to us with the item(s) you want to exchange!
